Anthony Montefusco Scholarship Recipient
Haley Coppinger, is a 2011 graduate of Prairie Central High School and resides in Fairbury. She will attend Illinois Central College as a freshman this fall. She will be studying to become a Paralegal. In high school Haley was involved with numerous service and leadership organizations, graduating with high honors status.
Robert L Facker Memorial Scholarship Recipients
Devan Abernathy, is a 2011 graduate of Pekin Community High School. He is the grandson of Society member Ray Bianchi, and plans to attend Illinois Central College. In high school Devan was involved in the Latin Club and Student Council. He is pursuing a degree in Visual Arts.
Breanna Basso, is a 2010 graduate of Dunlap High School. She is the granddaughter of Society member Richard Basso and attends the University of Iowa. Breanna will be a Sophomore and has been involved serving her community as a member of the Alpha Delta Pi sorority.
Trew Basso, is a 2008 graduate of Dunlap High School. He is the grandson of Society member Richard Basso and attends the University of Iowa. Trew will be a senior going after a double major of Finance and Economics. He has been involved with Club Soccer and serving Habitat for Humanity.
Italian-American Society Scholarship at Bradley University
Tori Scotti, is a 2009 graduate of Elmwood High School. She will be a junior at Bradley University pursuing a degree in Marketing. She is a cheerleader at BU and created a project for students to donate goods to the South Side Mission rather than just throw them out when they leave school at the end of the semester.
